The Indianapolis Spanish Place
Saturday Morning Classes for Children
Your child will encounter a new language and have fun learning through activities, songs, and games. Our main goal is to make the learning process both fun and effective for your child.
Spanish at Your Child’s School
Our programs for the 2021-22 school year at local schools are in progress. We may also offer virtual classes. Please check back with us in August 2021 for more details!
Private Classes for Kids, Families & Home School Groups
If you want your child to have a more focused Spanish education or have siblings or a family wanting to learn together, private classes offer a custom curriculum and flexibility.
Due to COVID, we’re taking things day-by-day and don’t yet have plans for summer camp 2021. Please check back with us toward the end of April for more details. We do have Summer Saturday classes available!

What Our Students Say
“The teachers are absolutely AMAZING! After just one class, my daughter had learned so much. They keep the class so fun and it’s very interactive, keeping the attention of all of the children. I honestly can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! You will NOT be disappointed! ”Veronica Fischer, parent
“My son began the year hating the idea of going to Spanish class. After two weeks of classes, he actually said he couldn’t wait for Monday and Thursday because he had Spanish. He comes after every class with new words to teach us. It is great to see him excited about it. Thank you – it is making his entire year better!”Jenny Wagner, parent
“The teacher is energetic, upbeat, patient, caring, and overall just fun to be around. As much as I love him, I think the children may love him even more! They talk about him all week in anticipation of his arrival, and they are fully attentive when he’s there. His time with them is engaging, exciting, and most importantly developmentally appropriate. The parents love that their children are actually speaking Spanish words at home. I am so happy with him and everything he’s brought into our classroom. Thank you!”Indya Benton, preschool teacher
Why Expose Your Child to a New Language?
A Lifetime OF Learning
Introducing Spanish to children develops Spanish speaking and listening comprehension skills that will aid in future language learning. Children’s minds are more easily adaptable to new sounds, methods of logic, and pronunciation.
Learning Spanish enhances intellectual flexibility, problem solving skills, creativity, and standardized test scores, and helps prepare your child for a multi-cultural world.
Learning a language goes hand-in-hand with learning about other cultures. Spanish exposes children to different Hispanic cultures, teaching them to be more tolerant and respectful towards others.
