Spanish Enrichment Club

Rousseau McClellan 91 is pleased to welcome the Indianapolis Spanish Place to host the After-school Spanish Club! The program is designed to coordinate with the IPS Spanish pacing guide so that they reinforce what students are learning in Spanish class during the week.

The Program

  • ISP’s mission is to provide an enriching experience complete with songs, listening exercises and age-appropriate, interactive activities.
  • Students in grades 1-5th grade can enroll in the program. There is a maximum of 14 students per group.
  • Students are grouped by age and experience.

The Objective

  • The objective of the program is to immerse kids in the language as much as possible so that kids acquire the language similar to how they learned their first language.
  • The focus is on understanding the spoken language, first attempts at using the language, and reinforcement through games and age-appropriate activities.

Schedule

  • Mondays 4:00-5:00pm starting January 23rd.
  • Children will be grouped by age and experience, depending on enrollment.
  • Program observes school breaks/holidays (snow days/cancellations are made up at the end of the sessions).

Tuiton

  • The cost for the entire program is $132 and includes all material. A 3-month payment plan is available at check out.
  • Registration must be completed by January 17th. Space is limited and participants will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.
